"TOUR DE MUMBAI-B.S.A Cyclthon"
Congradulation to cycling enthusiasts for at least making a beginning to put Mumbai and India on the "International Cycling Map" by conducting the country's first "Tour De Mumbai" . Only hope that this event becomes the beginning for future "Tour de cycling races" to be held in India which would also signify the economic prosperity of the country. One need not be a mathematical genius to observe that all country's conducting "International Tour De cycling races" are economically prosperous country's something which requires "PSYCHOLOGICAL STUDY" as ironically, the humble cycle is also the cheapest mode of mechanical transport. Mumbai is India's financial capital and with the "Tour De Mumbai" cycle race, it will definitely be a tourist as well as economic megacity of India. Next stop;- " Installation of Cycling ;lanes in Mumbai city which is totally unfriendly to cyclists"?

just a correction.... its not the 1st cyclothon in India.... 1st was organised in B'lore on the Oct 11th 2009 by BSA Hercules guys... over 5500 participated (including me!!)
2nd was very recently organised in Chennai... Dont have many details regarding the same...
3rd is in Mumbai...
Just a clarification... no offence meant :P
