This bike is also gr8 bike, bt the disc brakes which are used is machnical disc brake, which can't gives u pleasure after sometime, in rainy it doesn't work properly and it need maintainence, V brakes are powerful and low maintainence

Dear sir,
If you are planning for touring purpose then go for Hybrid. "Montra Jazza" (16900 online) is one of the best bike i had used,
Gears quality are best, rode it 5000 kms+ nothing would happen except puncher, for better performance ride ur bike carefully and clean chains and other moving parts after every ride. Choose bike size according to ur height. Invest ur remaing amt for cycling gears like tool kit, helmet, 2-3 spare tubes, lights, carier, gloves, front bag etc which require for touring purpose.

See the bike review at (www.montra.in) Regards
Himanshu :-)

Hi, I would point you towards the Firefox Target or Sniper series. They would come under 20k easily and from what I know, Target is a good cycle for beginners.

If it is of any help, I too bought a target about 2 years back and have been using it regularly. Other than the regular oiling and servicing and perhaps one or two punctures, I have not had any problems. Go for the variant with the disc brakes.

Regards
