Bangalore 2 Coimbatore ride

It was 10 pm on 10th Jul 2009, me and Vikram were talking about the ride plan to Coimbatore by cycle. We were not sure when should we execute this plan. While returning to home from office, i made up my mind to start the next day morning and go as far as i can since i had not done any long drives more than 100 kms.

this may sound vague or stupid....but was wondering...if we could cycle as a group and the MUMBAI MARATHON, promote its done during the CMs....i understand that the event allows only running and walking...but there are people there to promote many causes...and a cleaner and greener mumbai is one...hey its just an idea which popped in mind...hoping it'll be possible...

Vuelta Sudamericana gearing up to roll!

Good luck to the gals and guys who are gearing up to participate in the world's longest organized bike tour ever!

Starting in Rio de Janeiro on 26th July, 23 riders from 8 countries will participate in the inaugural 12 000 km Vuelta Sudamericana tour.

They'll travel through Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and and finish four months later, on December 6th, in Quito, Ecuador.
