I am sharing my cycling experience during the rainy season.  May be this post will prompt others to post their experiences as well, so that we can all get prepared for the coming season. Most enjoyable rides I had are in the rainy season and when it actually rains.  So, I am looking forward to rains once again.

I am very happy to post this message:  I completed one year of commuting to office in Mumbai.  I cycle regularly from TIFR Colaba to  Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education near Anushakti Nagar Bus depot.  The round trip is about 52km.  On an average I take about 1hr 15min for each trip.  My best timing so far was 1hr 5min.   I did this in all seasons. 

I ride Trek 7100 (hybrid).  So far I had two punctures on the rear wheel.  Considering that I covered so many miles, this I think…
