- 6AM is the time thou shall waketh, and the exact time of thou waking shalt be 6AM. 7 AM shalt thou not waketh at, neither at 5AM, excepting that thy snooze to 6AM. 8AM is right out. Once 6AM, being the sixth hour of the day, be reached, then draggeth thou out and into the crepuscular haze, it being crepuscular because it is hazy, on either the pedal or on thy feet.

I also <3 dissecting through jungles. Snakes still elude me.

Mumbai to Kashid via Gateway of India... take the first ferry (6:15am) across to Mandwa and then cycle along the scenic green stretch via Kihim and Alibaug to Kashid.. and if we maintain a decent clip, we can go further up to Murud-Zanjira... :-)Ride back the same way and catch the 5.30-6.00pm (last) ferry back to Gateway of India...Start time: 5.45am, 31st OctoberMeet-point: Gateway of India, Ferry (reach early, buy ferry tickets for your bike and yourself) and assemble at the Ferry departure…See More

Kashimira to Yeoor hills via Ghod bunder rd . Return via eastern express highway to Powai , Aarey milk colony exit Goregaon and back to Kashimira .
"Gonna put my physical limits to test on the opposite direction to your route tomorrow... will catch up on sunday. Say, we could do that 50+ km Powai - EE - Chembur - Vashi - Airoli - EE - Powai route.

Placebo punctures
"You've got a flat, dude", said Faisal, and went rolling by. It was high sun, 12 in the noon, and a flat would be a wrong end to a sweet day with the others inside Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The thought of riding through the congested Western Express Highway and the constant sewer stink along half of the route was still more palatable than either taking an autorickshaw or finding a repairman. Back to the office in a green way
Phew, just got back from the office. And yes, back cycling - at 0300AM through Hiranandani and then along JVLR. It was my first day at the office on a bicycle since my accident en-route the office in the first week of December last yr. The total distance is close to 9km, and it took me 26 minutes to make it back.
