Hi Atul ver good event discription everyone must follow ,even I want share some event detail Cyclingis great cardiovascular exercise & a perfect attentation for people who do not like walking jogging or who have orthopaedic limitation with regard to weight bearing exercises (This is because cycling is easy on joint) . Besides being a great help in promoting cardio respiratory healthy cycling helps decreasing body fat strengten loower backmuscles & insreasesthe stability quotientof the upper body. I ride mostly long & short distances, Iwish to explore more places & keep body fit & healthy throughout my life I am 56 yrs .Thanks
