Dear Friend,

To do the Manali-Leh on cycle would be great.  I have trekked that way and not cycled. It is a real Himalayan Adventure and is 100% beautiful.

By the way, is it safe to carrying the bike using those ca-carriers? Cannondale's light weight frame does not allow it. Take care!

Welcome to the cycling Family.  Like any family you shall share the joys and pains.  You shall learn to solve problems. You shall be able to benefit from the experience of others.  So you have nothing to loose(except weight), but gain.  Just keep those pedals moving and post your blogs/discussions and pictures. You shall find many groups which may interest you. Many Events, in which you can participate and enjoy the brotherhood of cycling.

This forum is for ppl who have cycling at heart, no matter how old or youg, b they male or female.  You are going to enjoy it.

Cheers Sunil Gandhi
