Hey Sagar, whats the frame size ? My guess from the pics : 17". Pl confirm. Also whats the location ? Is the bike available for a look ?

The Firefox website lists the current price as Rs 31k.. Did your Rs 35-36k MRP include accessories that are a part of the deal ?

the frame size is 17.5"

no, the firefox website is not updated though i'll recheck and figure out the current MRP

the bike is in mumbai, where are you put up?

bottle rack, stand, spare tube.

what are you upgrading to?

some other 29er with better specs

I am seriously considering marlin for my first MTB

if you could help me with a few questions

1. Are you satisfied with the bike. Have you had ne persistent issues with the bike?

2. How are the Tektro Mech Discs?

3. How was your Goa ride? :)

4. Also wats your expected price now id the bike is still for sale .

The dealer at Marine lines Mumbai is still selling it at about 31k Your bike may be imported from the US so its 35k

ok, then my price would be 29.5k

not less than that

Trek Marlin is a great bike........I've done over 10k on the bike and the mechanical disk brakes work just fine even on a fully loaded 30k downhill stretch........the only issue i found was that i have till now changed 4 spokes in the rear wheel and sometimes getting sspoke for a 29er is a problem........the bike is smooth, fast rolling and has a suspention lockout as well....
