Whenever i oil my cycle, it spill out on the reem. So the brake gets slippery and it gets dangerous. The brake does not work when it is needed. Anybody have any idea how to prevent it?

the idea is to get the oil "inside" the chain rollers and not on its outer surface. On the outside, the chain must be almost dry to touch. You need to put a drop of oil on each roller (needs patience), let it percolate inside, and then wipe off the excess. Also, you need to pour the oil from the inside surface of the chain, the one that faces and is in contact with the crank/sprockets, and not from its outside surface.

For a detailed explanation on Chain Maintenance, do read what GOD has to say about it.
